Name that Phrase

First topic message reminder :

Here are the rules, one person will give a phrase said in an odyssey episode. The next person will give the person who said the phrase and the episode it was in.

You have to know the answer to your question though, if the answer isn't given in one day, please give the answer to make it so the game will go more smoothly. Also if you cannot remember who said it and can only remember the episode feel free to post it, and another person can fill it in.

Alright, the very first phrase is (drumroll please)

Actually it was me! I said it to Connie near the end of our car ride after she picked me up from the airport. It was just a few days before Jack and Joanne got married. She had just told me this long story about who was getting married, then she said that no one actually was. I asked her why she was sure that someone would be married in the next few days, and she responded that we could have all this fuss and not have a wedding. That's when I said those famous lines.
