Why do you not abbreviate The Electric Palace, TEP, instead of TeP?
I can see where you are coming from with the ToO abbreviated the way it is.
However, Electric should be capitalized, I just think this could be changed.

EDIT: Can you tell me why this place keeps logging me out? I flip over to another browser tab, and when I get back here, I have to log in again! ...Am I missing something?

I have tabs but it doesn't log me out, do you have it to remember you always? they may be it but if it isn't I will not be able to respond until Monday so you may want to ask Jellyfish or Regis.

I'm experiencing an almost opposite problem. When I exit all my browsers, sometimes it says I'm still logged on.

Please explain how you can see that you are 'logged on' when all of your browsers are closed. Maybe I don't have the 'log me in automatically' thing on, but you do...

That is completely possible.

I believe that you are just noticing that whenever you open TEP, you are logged in. That is a direct result of you saying "log me on automatically". I don't think that you are really logged in.
