Planning for the RPG. Warning: may contain spoilers!

This is the official discussion thread of the Odyssey Role Playing Game.

Here participants may discuss how they plan to add to the story. Possible outcomes, introduction of villains and backgrounds, or whatever may affect the RPG may go here. Please note: this is NOT the RPG. It is only the planning. Please don't view this unless you want to help write the story or see what we may have happen.

The story is currently on page 2.

Storm, I like what you did with the RPG. It apparently contradicted itself though. Why did he say "no outside communcations," but then he allows it? What is your thinking regarding that incident?

Are you trying to bring back Amy and Monica? Two of Jason's love interests? That's overkill, don't you think?

Hey! I just added a little twist. I assume that Storm was inferring that Jason was going to call Monica, so I thought that it would be fun to mention that she is in prison...

I was not aware of him bringing back Amy... (who was actually not a love-interest... only according to her son and some fans).

Well, Storm wanted her to come back. In fact, the Amy in the chess tournament was supposed to be her.

I'm sorry about double-posting above, but I really needed to discuss the RPG. I'll combine the double post now.

Oh, that was fine. It was one of those cases where double posting is permitted, though only for a short time.

What Do you think about what I said?

I have no idea how to make the story progress. I do have one comment regarding the grammar: nefarious is spelled incorrectly. Any ideas for the progression of the story, folks?

EDIT on 10-27-08: What do you want to happen after that "sea of dust" scene with Jason, Christine?

I think that it should turn out that Godzilla just invaded Odyssey. That would progress the story wonderfully! Godzilla could actually be Jason's brother who never actually died but was taken for experiments that turned him into a large, hulking ape-like creature!

So I posted something, but it didn't resolve much.

I think that there should be some kind of Borg invasion happening in Odyssey, & everyone is fleeing the impending doom.


This censoring of "and" is really annoying...

That is a lot of action, Pseudonym! I don't know how to proceed from there...

I did my part, now somebody get over there and start getting some invading aliens into this RPG!
