Regisville Revisited

So I created a forum. Said forum is not supposed to be anything even slightly professional, but it's more of an experiment of sorts. I'm definitely not trying to get anyone away from the EP because the EP pwns my forum. So, if you wanna join, it'd be more of a personal favour for my "experiment."

Were you around when the ToO went Regisville?

And I think you can get rid of the PHP thing to make it look more official.

Except, I can't figure out how. Kinda like, I saved the JPEG image and imported it as the theme, but nothing seems to be happening.
