Sorry. I actually don't even know what CBH is... I wish I could help, though.

*raises hand* Last I heard, it was shut down.
If I could look at it, I could tell for sure, but I don't have a direct link since mine was lost (I'm using a different computer than normal).

Edit: I checked it out, and it has indeed been shut down because of too many spammers and un-Christian material. The director said that they were getting funds from churches and such, and they felt it was being spent unwisely.

It now says a different message than before. It just says:

We are currently working on some issues. Please check back later to see if things are up and running. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Could it be coming back? It no longer says the part about spamming and stuff. *kinda hopes it doesn't come back *

It was made for DGL...but rather like the ToO most of the threads have nothing to do with DGL.

Jellyfish, you should totally join! We don't have enough guys...and we need folks like you that are crazy...but don't spam excessively.

Well, today is November 20, 2008. The CBH forums came back online two days ago.

I'm posting this partially for any archives that are ever made of this place. Meandering around the TEP right now is like walking through a tomb- an ancient Egyptian tomb in the Middle Ages. No one knew about them, so they were big and empty.

I will try to narrate this like a documentary.

Jellyfish11 joined CBH on the 18th, when it came back up. Thelordismyshepherd, who goes by Amethyst on CBH, was made a moderator! I, KODY 105, joined CBH that day as well. I recognized quite a few names on CBH. Laurie, dgl-aiofan (our very own Regis Blackbeard!), and aiofan94 are the names I can think of right now. Well, that is all from this corner of the TEP tomb.

CBH Forums. I think I remember that I posted about the link in the ToO: everyone mentioned it but no one posted the link. I spent five minutes visiting sites trying to find a "CBH Forum."

Anyway. It looks like they're up and running pretty well. Though, I can already see quite a few violations of the rules already.

Woah....just realized something. They don't have any rules against one smiley or word posts. Plus they don't have any rules against double posting. No wonder that place is so crazy.

But yeah. There are a lot of posts that give away personal information.

I guess they just assume everyone there is one big, happy Christian family and no one could possibly do any harm.

But that's not what matters. The rules need to be kept. Whether it is a Christian board or not, they have set down very specific rules, and they need to enforce them.

I know. But maybe not everyone there does.

That's what has ruined it all before, people don't obey the rules and then others don't punish people for not obeying them.

I know not everyone is perfect, and there is certainly no way of catching all the offenses. It's just sad to see a good forum go to waste when rules are not followed.

They've changed the rules a little, but the members seem unwilling to change.

I really wish they would set a rule against double posting, one word posting, and large sigs. But I'm a rather new member there, so I don't want to get on anyone's case. But yeah.

I'm finding it kind of hard to start posting there because it's a confusing site.
